One of the hardest thing with this weight loss, is the willpower not to eat sweets. So far I have been doing well. I have a soda ( well two). But nothing else. Next thing to tackle are my carbs Intake. We have been eating wheat bread for years, but I do have a weakness for the hero bread that Wally sells. I make myself ham and cheese sandwiches. But as a rule I only buy them if they are fresh and warm. Soon I will have to do like I do the cookie section, walk right pass.
So here is the deal, I will create a list of goals that I will set for myself for the week.
1- drink water with dinner.
2- Drink water in between meals.
3- No fast food ( this is not much of a problem for me because I really do not like it)
4- Eat meals on smaller plates.
Well that is the short list. With any luck, the lemon water will help with the Carb withdrawals.
