<p>Well I have a habit of giving all of my first post of my blogs the same title all. I have decided that the only way I will lose weight is to make myself accountable for my own actions. Every bit of my weight I have came from something I put in my mouth. I love breads, sugar drinks, chocolate, cakes and pies.
I no longer look at myself in a mirror; well not a body mirror, I just cannot do it. I just really hate what I have turned into. I often fool myself in thinking sometimes that I am getting smaller, but then I sit down to a booth and can barely fit.
To the ladies who feel they are "thick" and that is sexy... I am her to tell you that you are dead wrong. Carrying that extra weight is giving your heart hell, it is killing you joints. There is a big difference in being curvy and being fat. Yes I said FAT!!!!
I have decided that I no longer want to be fat. That I want to be healthy. And no there is no such thing as a healthy fat person. Yes you may not have high blood pressure, or blood sugar issues, but let me assure you will. Your heart is a ticking time bomb. It is trying to keep up with the weight you have.
Either way enough about other people, this is just about me.
I do have a medical issue, High Blood Pressure. But I have had it since I was 23 years old and wearing a size 10. I feel by losing weight I can have my doctor take it more seriously, and not say " you need to lose weight"
My thought process is that this blog will keep me accountable to what I put in my mouth. I plan on buying a scale to keep track of my weight. This will NOT be a diet, there will be no "Fat Free" foods, "Low calorie" stuff either. The fact is in my opinion this stuff is just plan nasty and they are just buzz words. I have no plans on spending money on that stuff. I am going to eat regular foods every day but in moderation. No more fast food. I will eat more healthy foods, since I like salads I will find great way to make full meals out of them, So lots of chicken salads.
I plan on using the smaller plates for my dinner.
Lord I have to find a way to stop with carbs.
Water, something I hate to drink. A friend of mines put lemon in her water I will give that a try. ( I think it helps with the carbs, by taking away the urge to eat them, also works with salt.)
