Below 240!! YES



Current weight 238
BMI- 35.1


So I dropped  below the 240 mark. THANK GOD! I had been bouncing between 240-245 for weeks!

So this is what I have done

  • Picked up my workout 
  • Watched more than ever what I put in my mouth
  • Started drinking my water/cucumber/ lemon/ peppermint 


I am super happy my next goal is to lose 20 pounds...
