So not being able to sleep, I decided I needed to download apps to pick on the exercise part of this weight loss. So I downloaded
1- My fitness pal
2- 30 day abs challage
3- 30 day butt challange
4- 30 squat challange (for thighs)
5- 30 extreme squat challange
6- A BMI calc
What promoted this was I was at my brother in laws house today, I looked down at my thighs and saw the hanging skin from it. Told myself I need to push harder.
Now my fitness pal will help me know what I am putting in my mouth. Going to start counting my calories now.
Ok water....
In a word I hate drinking it. But I discored I can get lots of fruit infuse my water. ( like I do with lemon) so I will be off to the store to do that.
Clothes....
Today I am going to purge my larger size clothing. Fact is there is a bunch of stuff in there that I cannot and have no plans of ever fitting again.
